Competitor overview
Ziply’s fiber offers faster speeds than Spectrum’s cable internet plans, but if Ziply offers only DSL in your area, Spectrum is a better option. They’re both around the same price for comparable plans.
If you live alone and want to save a few dollars in exchange for strict data caps, consider Astound Broadband. Astound has more plan options and award-winning customer service, too. But if you live in a large household or stream TV, you’ll probably end up spending more on data overages. No one wants that surprise on their internet bill!
Canceling Ziply Fiber service
To cancel Ziply internet, call customer service. You can’t cancel online. A representative will tell you how to print out a UPS label so you can ship back any rented equipment, which you must do within 45 days to avoid penalties. If you’re on a promotional plan, you may see early termination fees on your final bill.
